NEW Feature - You asked for it, we listened! We have implemented an email unsubscribe feature for users to opt-out of non-essential email communications. This feature aims to improve user experience, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, and reduce the volume of manual unsubscribe requests. Learn more about it here!
- NEW Feature - A new setting, Reset Appeal on Association was created. This setting will allow users who have a violation associated to their vehicle, but have not made an account, the same amount of time to appeal a violation as a user who already had their account configured. Once they create and associate their account to the vehicle, with this setting enabled, the appeal time frame will be reset, and the user will have the amount of days specified under Appeal days to appeal the violation, from the date they associated the account. - IMPROVEMENT - Updated the user side payments page with helpful indicators that show when there is more information on the page.

IMPROVEMENT - Updated the user side permits page to easily identify when a lot is sold out.
- IMPROVEMENT- On email receipts, permits will now show the lot name next to permit details.

The dropdown menus for creating a new vehicle on the OPSCOM Enforce handheld have been restored to full functionality.

We've resolved an issue that prevented violations from Apple devices from being pushed to the Admin side.

Corrected how the QR code URL was being displayed.

Addressed an issue where report totals were not displaying correctly.

Incidents reports are now showing in View mode when they should.

A blank page for a payment provider is no longer displaying when making a payment on a Preview site.

Fixed the Supervisor Name and Title, which were displaying in swapped positions for certain clients.

- New - A new setting has been created to add your own prefix to static violations
- New - There is a new permission to determine what roles can edit the tax field.
- NEW - We've added a new setting that allows you to turn on or off the "Pay Ticket" option on the login page.

- Corrected an issue with the date information displayed in the Incident notes section when downloaded
- Corrected an issue with adding a room number on a dispatch incident
- Corrected an issue with the number of active vehicles allowed on account when associating the vehicle through Ticket Lookup

Fixed an issue where code was showing up under the pay station parking status at payment instead of the date/time the permit was valid for.

Fixed an issue where fines that had gone to collections and that had been reduced were not showing the reduced rate on the parking account.

- Added a toggle on the Create Validations page to clear or retain plate submissions automatically
- Updated validator to support a higher number of validation creations and allow better processing of requests over 200 validations
- Added a setting to toggle removal of discount when an appeal is made
- Updated user side receipt page to more clearly indicate items included in receipt and removed “owing” form total wording

- Corrected bug with the importer to now use plate and province together to identify a unique vehicle
- Corrected bug in Appeals where an appeal could not be processed if the user paid for their violation before an admin could process it
- Fixed bug where assigning lockers on the admin side and having multiple user profiles open caused the system to revert to the previous user profile and assign a locker to them
- Fixed issue related to email footers not having correct language during account creation/registration
- Fixed issue related to emailing users from the admin side and the email footer and header language templates not matching the user’s preferred language
- Corrected a bug where admin-side user notes were not being recorded in the client’s local time zone
- Corrected a visual error, on-screen only, when an admin was pro-rating a parking permit
- Corrected an issue where a vehicle is removed from a user’s profile caused the associated permit to become archived
