How to Set Parking Expiry Reminders

OPSCOM allows registered users to receive expiration alerts for temporary parking permits, ensuring you have time to extend your stay before your permit expires.

Configuring Your Expiry Reminder

You can set your preferred lead time for expiration notifications directly in your profile settings:

1. Log into your account and click Your Profile in the left navigation menu.

2. Select the User Settings tab.

3. Locate the Parking Expiry Reminder drop-down menu and choose your preferred advance notice time (e.g., 10 minutes).

4. Click Save Changes.

Important Things to Know

• Signed-In Purchases Only: Reminders and extension options are available only when you are logged into your account during checkout. Guest checkouts cannot receive reminders or process extensions.

• Supported Purchase Methods: Reminders apply to temporary permits purchased through the online portal, interactive parking map, or by scanning a lot QR code while logged in.
