Administrators can use the following instructions to guide users through accessing, completing, and submitting a form.

Submitting a Form

  1. Log in to the 'User Portal'.

  2. Portal
  3. Clickand click 'Forms'Forms to seeview what'sthe available.list of all available forms.

  4. Click the 'Open Form'Form button next to the relevant request type to get started.

  5. Fill out

    Enter all required information into the necessaryprovided information.fields.

  6. Click the 'Submit'Submit button to send itthe off.completed form to the parking provider.

    • Once done, clickfinalize the 'Submit'request button.and Yoursend completedthe data to the administrative team for review.
