Using Forms on the User Portal

Submitting a Form

Log in to the
'UserPortal'.Portal Clickand click'Forms'Forms toseeviewwhat'stheavailable.list of all available forms.-
Click the
'OpenForm'Form button next to the relevant request type to get started. FilloutEnter all required information into the
necessaryprovidedinformation.fields.-
Click the
'Submit'Submit button to sendittheoff.completed form to the parking provider. LookReview the page for a green confirmation message
onto verify thepage.submission Keepwasansuccessful.eye on your email for an approval update from your parking provider.

Logsuccessfullyinsubmits a form, an automated confirmation email is immediately sent to the'UsersystemPortal'.administrator. Open Form: Click this button next to a specific item in the
'Forms' page, where all availableformsare listed. Click the 'Open Form' buttonlist to open theform.data entry fields.CompleteSubmit: Click this button at the bottom of the form
