Quick Steps:
  1. Hover over User Management then click on User Search.
  2. Searchexceptions for aspecific usertime thenframes, clicksuch onas theirfor UsernameVIPs, tospecial getevents, or temporary service vehicles. This guide is intended for OPS-COM administrators.

     

    Setup & Configuration

    The DNTT feature is enabled by default. However, to the User Profile page.

  3. Click onaccess the Vehicles tab.
  4. Click Add DNTT.
  5. Set From Date and To Date.
  6. (Optional) Add a Location.
  7. Add a Note (required) and Save Changes.
  8. To modify or delete DNTT: Go back to the Vehicles tab and click Edit DNTT. Here you can either click on Modify or Delete.
  9. To view DNTT reports: Hover over User Management then Vehicles and click Vehicle DNTT Report.

  1. Navigate User Search: Hover over User Management then click on User Search.

  2. Search for a User: Search for a user then click on their Username to get to their User Profile Page. 
  3. Navigate to the Vehicledesired informationuser's page:profile by going to User Management Clickand clicking User Search.

  5. SelectLocate the Vehicle:specific Clickvehicle in the list and click the Add DNTT linkbutton.

    • From Date / To Date: Set the exact start and end date/time for the vehicleparking you want to apply the DNTT to.exception.

Viewing DNTT Status on Handheld Units

Enforcement officers can easily see active DNTT flags in the field.

  1. On an OPS-COM for Android unit, Tap Search Vehicles.

  2. AccessingEnter the license plate to perform a search.

  3. In the vehicle results list, any vehicle with an active DNTT Report:will be clearly indicated. TapHover overthe vehicle record to view the details, including the expiry time and the administrator's note.

 

Using the Vehicle DNTT Report

This report provides a searchable history of all DNTT flags issued.

  1. Navigate to User Management, andhover thenover Vehicles., Clickand click Vehicle DNTT Report.

  2. Searching for DNTT Records: Enter the desireda dateDate rangeRange andto thefind DNTTs that were active during that period.

  3. Optionally, you can filter by Number of Instances to find vehicles with a history of multiple DNTT records.

  4. Click Search. ClickThe report will display the SearchUsername, buttonPlate, toand displaythe relevantnumber records.of Instances, all of which are clickable for more details.
