- use the Locker Sales Window tool to create and manage the timeframes during which users can purchase lockers. This feature allows administrators to control the availability of locker sales for different rental periods, such as by semester or year. This guide is intended for OPS-COM administrators.
Setup & Configuration
The core setup for this feature involves creating the sales windows that define your rental periods.
Hover over Locker Management and click Sales Window.
ClickAdd Sale Windowto create a new window.Fill in the details and clickSave Changes.To edit, click theEditbutton (contactOPS-COMif the button is faded).Click on theActivebutton located to the left of theEditbutton to activate/deactivate the sales window.Activate sales windows to allow users to purchase lockers.ClickArchiveto move past windows to the archive section.Restore archived windows with theRestorebutton (no editing possible if lockers are associated).
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Access the Locker Sales Windows: Hover over the Locker Management icon and then select Sales Window.
2. The Manage Locker Sales Window Page: You will be taken toOn the Manage Locker Sales Window page, where you can see and manage all locker sales windows.
3. Add New Sales Windows: Clickclick the Add Sale Window button located at the top-right of the page. A new modal window will appear.button. Fill in the required information andin clickthe pop-up window that appears. Click Save Changes. when you're finished. YourThe new sales window will initially be setcreated aswith an "Inactive."Inactive" Youstatus by default.
Using this Feature
Once sales windows are created, you can activatemanage ittheir later.visibility and status.

EditActivatingExistingand Deactivating SalesWindows:Windows Toeditactivate or deactivate a sales window, click theEditActive button next totheit.salesAn active windowyou want to modify. If theEditbutton is faded, it means the sales window is linked to sales, and you cannot edit it yourself. In that case, contactOPS-COMfor assistance.5.Activate Sales Windows:Activating a sales window determines if users can purchase lockers for a particular area.Once a window is activated and lockers are sold, marking it as inactive will cause allallows users tolosepurchasetheirassociatedlockerslockers.in that window.You can activate a sales window again to restore the lockers for users.You can have up to
4four active sales windows ataone time,categorizedoneasfor each category: Yearly (Y), Monthly (M), Semester (S), and Other (O).- Editing a Sales Window Click the Edit button to modify the details of a sales window.
Archiving and Restoring Sales
Windows:Windows Toarchivemove asalescompletedwindow,window out of the main view, click the Archivebutton next to the window you wish to archive.button. Thearchivedwindow willmovebe moved to the Past Locker Sales Window section.7.ToRestore Archived Sales Windows:If you need to restorebring an archivedsaleswindowwindow,back to the active list, click the Restore button next to it in the archive section.Best Practices & Considerations
- Deactivating a sales window
underthat has active locker rentals will cause all users to lose their lockers within that window. The lockers can be restored by reactivating the window, but this action should be performed with caution. PastPlanLockeryourSalessalesWindowwindows in advancesection.ofNote:eachIfrentalthereperiod (e.g., before the start of a new semester). Create the windows ahead of time and activate them only when you arelockersreadyassociated with the archivedfor saleswindow, you won't be abletoeditbegin.it.
