Non Returning Users Report

AtThis article describes the endNon-Returning ofUsers Report, a semester,tool students are required to re-rent a locker. This reportthat helps findidentify students who continue to use their locker without paying for it. This report will show students that rented lockers in thea previous semester but did not rent a lockerone in the current semester. ThatThis listreport canallows be usedadministrators to vetinvestigate whether orthese not theystudents are still using their lockerlockers without payment or are no longer attending the school. 

Setup & Configuration

This report is a standard feature within the locker management module and does not require any special configuration. The data is pulled directly from existing locker rental records.

QuickUsing Steps:this Feature

To generate the Non-Returning Users Report:

  1. Hover over Lockers Management and click Non-Returning Users Report.

  2. Select

    Under Old Semesters, click the Yearly drop-down menu and select the appropriate Old Sales Window.

  5. Selectthe appropriate Current Sales Window.

  6. Click Search to view the report.

  7. ClickThe Export to download the data.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
  1. Navigating to the Non-Returning Users Report page: Hover over Lockers Management and click Non-Returning Users Report.
  2. Accessing the Report: Hover over the Lockers Management icon in the system. Click on Non-Returning Users Report.
  3. Selecting Sales Windows: Under the Old Semesters section (or the appropriate past sales window type), click the Yearly dropdown menu and select the corresponding Old Sales Window. Under the Current Semesters section (or the appropriate current sales window type), click the Yearly dropdown menu and select the Current Sales Window.
  4. Viewing the Report: Click Search. A tableresults will appear showingin usersa whotable.

    To download the information from the table,information, click Export to downloadsave the data as a spreadsheet file.

Best Practices & Considerations

  • This report is particularly useful at the end of a semester to identify potential unauthorized locker usage.

  • The exported data can be used to cross-reference with student enrollment records to determine if non-returning students are still attending the institution.
