This feature allows both administrators and users to designate vehicles as electric, which is essential for managing access to charging stations, reporting on sustainability metrics, and applying EV-specific parking policies. This guide is intended for OPS-COM administrators.
Setup & Configuration
The EV flag feature is enabled by default and does not require any special configuration. The functionality is available on all vehicle information pages for both administrators and end-users.
Using this Feature
Both administrators and users can manage the EV designation for a vehicle. The system provides clear visual indicators and reporting tools to track thethese number of electric vehicles present on the website.vehicles.

How to Flag a Vehicle as an EV
Admin
VehiclesNavigate canto be viewed and edited from the user vehicle list, accessible from anya user's profile.profile via User Management -> User Search.
ViewingClick the userVehicles vehicle list page, a column is present listing if each vehicle is electrical or not.tab.
The vehicles can be edited from this page by clicking onClick the plate buttons in thelicense plate column.
On the popup that appears containing the vehicle information, the electric vehicle flag can be enabledlink for the vehicle usingyou thewish checkbox:to edit.
Once saved,In the vehicle willinformation bepop-up countedwindow, as an electric vehicle inenable the system.Electric Vehicle checkbox.
Click Save Changes.
Identifying and Reporting on EVs

In a User Profile: On the
plate. HoveringuserVehiclesprofile,tab,electric vehiclesEVs aremarkedidentified by a blue thunderbolt icon next to theplatelicensename.Theoverthunderboltthis iconwill showdisplays atooltooltiptipconfirmingwhen moused over.Vehicle ReportTo quickly see all electric vehicles in the system, the option to search electric vehicles is available on the vehicle search page:The records returned will contain a column called 'EV' showing if the vehicleit is an electric vehicle. -
ClickingUsing the Vehicle Report: To get a list of all EVs in the system:-
Navigate to User Management -> Vehicles -> Search by Plate.

Enable the Electric Vehicle checkbox.

Click Search. The results will include an EV column to easily identify all flagged vehicles.

User Side
How Users Flag Their Vehicle as an EV Users are also able to designate their own vehicles as electric through their online profile.

The user logs into their OPS-COM portal and navigates to the page listing their vehicles.

They click the Edit button for the desired vehicle.

In the vehicle details window, they enable the Electric Vehicle checkbox and save the changes.

User Side
A userusers can tell ifidentify their vehicle is marked as electricEVs by the presence of a blue thunderbolt icon displayed next to theirthe vehicle's license plate number on the user vehicle list.
On the user vehicle page, electric vehicles are also marked by a blue thunderbolt icon.
A user is able to markin their vehicle aslist.
