Using Forms on the User Portal
TheNeed to communicate a special request to your parking provider? You're in the right place! If enabled, the Forms module isin usefulOPS-COM lets you easily submit requests for clientsthings tolike communicatemove-in/move-out with the organization about special requests. Some examples of forms used by organizations include University move in/move out,assistance, special parking requests,arrangements, specialevent eventsparking requiringneeds, parking,and etc.more. Quick Steps:
- Log
Loginin to the 'User Portal'. Click 'Forms' to
viewseeavailablewhat'sforms.Click 'Open Form' to
get started.start.- Fill
necessary information.Completeout all theform. Click 'Submit' to send
theitform.Look for a green confirmation message on the page.

Waitan eye on your email for an approvalemailupdate from your parking provider.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Login:Log in to the 'User Portal'.Locate the Forms Page:Click on 'Forms'. This will take you to the 'Forms' page, where all available forms are listed.Submitting a Form:Click the 'Open Form' button to open the form.Complete the Form:Complete the form as needed.Submit Form:Once done, click the 'Submit' button. Your completed form will be sent to your parking provider.Confirm Submission:After submission, the admin will receive a confirmation email. On the page, you will see a green confirmation message (as shown in the image below).When your Request is Approved:Once your form is approved, you will receive an email from your parking provider.

Note: Users will not receive an email upon submission; an admin will handle that manually.
