Admin Side: This feature is enabled by default. The system automatically logs communications generated by system tasks and user actions.actions without any necessary administrative setup.

Using this Feature

Administrators can use the following instructions to access a user's emailprofile history:

Accessing a Users Email History

  1. Go toAccess the target user's profile ofusing the useradministrative yousearch wish to review.tools.

  2. Go toClick the History tab,tab.

Key Information Displayed

OnThe the Sent Mail page,page you will seedisplays a list of all system-generated communications sent to the user, including:including the following key details and available actions:

  • ViewSubject: Email Content: To viewDisplays the bodyexact subject line of athe email. Click the specific message, click the link in the Subject column.column Ato open a pop-up window will appear, displaying the exact body content of the email that was sent to the user.

  • The Subject of the email.

  • TheDate: DateDisplays the exact date and time the email was sent.successfully dispatched.

The following types of internal and automatic messages are commonly logged in the Sent Mail history:

  • New &and Overdue Violation NoticesNotices:: Emails sentdispatched via the Send New Violation Notices and Overdue Violation Notices automated system tasks are logged here.tasks. The viewable link displays the notice letter exactly as it was generatedgenerated.
