Using Forms on the User Portal

Getting

Quick toSteps:
Forms
  1. Login to the User PortalPortal.

    and
  2. click
  3. Click Forms to view available forms.

  4. Click Open Form to start.

  5. Complete the form.

  6. Click Submit to send the form.

  7. Look for a green confirmation message on the page.

  8. Wait for approval email from your parking office.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Getting to Forms:

  1. Log in to the User Portal.

  2. Click on Forms. This will take you to the Forms pagepage, that will listwhere all available forms that are availablelisted.

Submitting a Form

Form:

  1. Click the Open Form button.button This willto open upthe form.

  2. Complete the form toas beneeded.

  3. Once you have filled the form,done, click the Submit button. TheYour completed form will be forwardedsent to your parking office.

  • WhenAfter submission, the form has been submitted adminsadmin will receive a confirmation noticeemail.

When your requestRequest is approvedApproved:

  • Once your form is approved, you will getreceive an email back from your parking office.
