View User Profile History

Clients can view a summary of all the history including Lockers, Parking Permits, Access Cards, Violations, and Payment Records.

Quick Step List:

 

1.  1. Log in to the User Portal.Portal

2.    2. Click your name in the top left corner and select History.

3.    3. View your User History summary.

4.    4. For more records, contact your parking office.

Step-by-Step Instructions:    

To view1.  your user activity:

1. Log in: Log into the User Portal

2.  2.  Locate the History page: Click your name in the top left corner of your screen.

3.  3.  Select the History Page: From the dropdown menu, select History.

4.  4.  Review History page: This will open the User History page, where you'll see a summary of your account's activity. If you need to see more history, you can contact your parking office.
