Awaiting Payment (Lockers)

This article showsdescribes adminsthe howLockers Awaiting Payment report, a tool used to manage and communicate with users who have pending paymentslocker payments. Its primary purpose is to provide administrators with a centralized view of unpaid locker reservations and offer tools for theirsending lockers.payment reminders. This guide is intended for OPS-COM administrators.

Using this Feature

The report allows administrators to filter for users with unpaid locker reservations and provides several tools for communication and management.

QuickGenerating Steps:the Report
  1. Hover over

    Go to Locker Management and click Awaiting Payment.

  2. Choose the locker area and sort type then click on Search.
  3. Review the list of users.
  4. Use the Envelope Icon to email individual users.
  5. Click the Username button to view the user’s profile.
  6. Use the Email Listed button to send a single email to all users.
  7. Click the Locker Number button to view or update locker details, then click Update Locker.
  8. Click the Building Area button (if applicable) to view/edit building area details, and click Update this Area to save any changes.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
  1. Accessing Awaiting Payment page: Hover over the Locker Management icon and click Awaiting Payment.
  2. TheOn the Lockers Awaiting Payment pagepage, will appear. Applyuse the desireddrop-down filtersmenus to filter by Locker Area and select a Sort Type (e.g., All Areas, Sort by building area, by user). A list of users who are awaiting payment for their lockers will appear.

  3. Key Features and Functions onClick the Page:Search button to generate the list.

  • Username button: Click to view or edit the user’s profile.

    • Email Listed Users button: ThisClick this button allows you to send a singlesingle, bulk email to all users displayed in the search results.

    • Envelope Icon: Click the envelope icon in a user's row to send an email to that individual user only.

    • Username: Click a user's name to navigate directly to their user profile page.

    • Locker Number button: ClickingClick onthe thislocker willnumber to open a pop-up window with the locker’locker's current details. Here, youYou can update thefields locker’slike condition, check if it can be reused,Condition and add comments.Comments. Don'tClick forgetUpdate Locker to save changes.

    • Building Area: If applicable, click the link in the Building Area column to view or edit details about that location. Click Update this Area to save any changes.
