User - History Tab

Quick Steps:
  1. Click on the User Management tab and click User Search.
  2. Search for the user using either a nameusernameemail or account number.
  3. Click on that user's username to enter that user's Profile Page.
  4. View Completed History: Click View next to any transaction to see details.
  5. Email User: Click Email to send an email to the user about the transaction.
  6. View Recent History: Go to the Recent History tab for the latest 100 records.
  7. Adjust a Transaction: Use the Adjust link to modify processed payments.
  8. View/Edit Item Details: Click the Item Number link to view or edit details of specific items.
  9. Save Changes: Click Update after making any changes.
  10. Check Payment Status: Use the Pay Date link to view payment processing details.
