User - History Tab

Quick Steps:
  1. Click on the User Management tab and click User Search.
  2. Search for the user using either a nameusernameemail or account number.
  3. Click on that user's username to enter that user's Profile Page.
  4. Click on the History tab.
  5. Click View next to any transaction to see details.
  6. Email User: Click Email to send an email to the user about the transaction.
  7. View Recent History: Go to the Recent History tab for the latest 100 records.
  8. Adjust a Transaction: Use the Adjust link to modify processed payments.
  9. View/Edit Item Details: Click the Item Number link to view or edit details of specific items.
  10. Save Changes: Click Update after making any changes.
  11. Check Payment Status: Use the Pay Date link to view payment processing details.
