User - History Tab

Quick Steps:
  1. Click on the User Management tab and click User Search.
  2. Search for the user using either a nameusernameemail or account number.
  3. Click on that user's username to enter that user's Profile Page.
  4. Click on the History tab.
  5. Click View next to any transaction to see details.
  6. Email User: Click Email to send an email to the user about the transaction.
  7. View Recent History: Go to theon Recent History which is located in the History tab for the latest 100 records.
  8. Adjust a Transaction: Use the Adjust link to modify processed payments.
  9. View/Edit Item Details: Click the Item Number linkbutton to view or edit details of specific items. additionally you can email users by clicking the send email button located next to 'Current Renter:'.
  10. Click Update/Save Changes: Click Update after making any changes.
  11. CheckClick Payment Status: Useon the PayMake DatePayment or Processed linkbutton to view payment processing details.
