User Profile Landing Page

ThisThe requiresUser Profile Landing Page is the first page you toare havepresented with when accessing a useruser's profile. It is a quick reference dashboard of the user's profile alreadyinformation createdand current user history.

Quick StepSteps:     List

   Using Quick Search or User Management>User Search you can quickly and easily navigate to the user's profile.

   Editing a User's Profile

     

  1.  1.   Click Edit in Basic Profile InformationInformation..

Adding or Editing Vehicles

Logging in as a User

     

  1.  1.   Click Login as user from the User Profile page.
      This
    • will launch a new browser window and log you in as the selected user with all the functionality associated with that user. (Ensure Auto Login is enabledset in System SettingsSettings)

AccessingAccess Alarms, Violations, and Permits

  1. Viewvehicles, alarms, violations, active permits, and permitsuploaded files from the dashboard.
  2. Click:If
      any
    • Ticketwarnings numberor foralerts violation details.
    • Camera icon for violation photos.
    • Permit number under Active Permits for permit details.

This version breaks the information into clearer sections, simplifies wording, and provides an easy-to-follow step list for quick reference.

Editing a User's Profile

  1. Edit Basic Profile Information
    • To edit a user’s profile, click Editexist in the Basic Profile Information section header.
    • The full profile page will display, allowing you to update the user's accountprofile, details.

Adding or Editing Vehicles

  1. Access Vehicle Information
    • To add or edit vehicles associated with the user, click Edit in the Vehicles section header.
    • This will open the Vehicle Information screen, where you can:
      • Add vehicles
      • Remove vehicles
      • Edit vehicle details
      • Apply a DNTT (Do Not Ticket Tag) to a vehicle.

Logging in as a User

  1. Login as User
    • From the User Profile landing page, click Login as user.
    • Note: Auto Login must be enabled in System Settings.
    • A new browser window will launch, logging you in as the selected user with full functionality.

Additional Information: Alarms, Violations, and Permit Details

  1. Access User History

    • On the dashboard, you can view details related to:
      • Alarms
      • Violations
      • Permit ownership
  2. View Violations

    • Outstanding violations will be displayed in the Violations section.
      • Click the ticket number to view violation details.
      • Click the camera icon (to the left of the ticket number) to view photos related to the violation.
  3. View Active Permits

    • Access permit details by clicking the permit number under the Active Permits section.
