This article provides OPSCOM administrators with instructions on how to generate and interpret theThe Temp Permit Sales Report.Report Thisallows report is usedadministrators to review temporary permit sales data within a specified date range, categorized by parking lot. Setup and Configuration

No special setup is required to usegenerate this report.report, Itas it relies entirely on the existing configuration of your organization's parking lots and temporary permits.permit offerings. However, administrators must have the appropriate reporting and financial viewing permissions assigned to their user role to access this page.

Using this Feature

Administrators can generate thethis report to view high-level summary data andacross all properties, with the ability to drill down into lot-specific transactional details.

Generating

Accessing the Report

  1. GoHover toover Parking Management, then and click Reports, and clickthen Temp Permit Sales Report.

  2. On the report page, setSelect the desired date rangetimeframe using the Start Date and Up To and Including datecalendar pickers.

  3. FromClick the Payment As drop-down menu,menu selectand choose the payment status to filter by,by such(e.g., asProcessed, ProcessedNot Processed, or Not Processed or AnyAny).

  4. Click the Search button to generate the report.

Interpreting

Key theInformation Results

Displayed

Once generated, the reportsystem displays a summary of temporary permit sales for each lot that had activity within the selected timeframe. Clicking on the Magnifying Glass beside the lot's name will navigate to a detailed report showing every individual temporary permit transaction for that specific lot.

Key Information Displayed

Summary Report:Report Data:

  • Lot NameName:: The name of the parking lot where temporary permits were sold.

  • Total PermitsPermits:: The total number of temporary permits sold for that lot.

  • Total AmountAmount:: The total revenue ($) generated from temporary permit sales for that specific lot.

Detailed Report Data (byBy lot)Lot):

  • Permit No.No:: The unique permit number assigned.assigned to the transaction.

  • UsernameUsername:: The usernameaccount profile name of the purchaser.

  • AmountAmount:: The $financial amountcost of the permit.

  • Date:  The date of the permit sale.sale occurred.

  • Type: The number of hoursduration the permit is valid for,for (e.g., a specific number of hours, or 'daily' if it isfor a full dailyday).

  • Processed Date: The date the payment was officially processed. 

  • Vehicles: The license plate number associated with the permit temporary permit.

Available Actions and Buttons

  • ExportMagnifying to CSV, Excel, PDF, PrintGlass:: Click thethis appropriateicon buttonlocated tobeside exporta specific lot's name on the summary report in the desired format, or click the magnifying glass nextpage to a lot, and click the appropriate buttonnavigate to export the detailed report.report, which lists every individual temporary permit transaction for that location.

  • CSV, Excel, PDF, Print: Click any of these export buttons located at the top of the report to download or print the on-screen data in your preferred format.

The export buttons are available on both the high-level summary screen and the lot-specific detailed screens. Ensure you are viewing the exact data level you wish to export before clicking the download buttons.
