Registering a New User

Manual User Registration


Quick Steps

  1. Go to User Management → User Registration.

  2. Fill in the User Type, Username, and user info in the User Short Registration Form.

  3. Complete the mandatory fields in the User Full Registration Form.

  4. Enable Allow user login and Active checkboxes.

  5. Select the correct User Type.

  6. Submit and confirm the information:

    • Verify details and click Information Correct.

  7. Registration is complete. Add a vehicle or purchase a permit if needed.

 

Steps for Manual User Registration

  1. Hover over User Management and click User Registration.

    • The User Short Registration Form will appear.

  2. Fill out the initial standard information:

    • Select the User Type.

    • Enter the Username and required user information.

  3. Complete the User Full Registration Form:

    • Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

    • Admins with proper permissions can adjust which fields are mandatory.

  4. Enable the following options:

    • Allow user login checkbox.

    • Active checkbox.

    • These settings will allow the user to self-manage their account via the User Portal and prompt them to change their password.

  5. Select the correct User Type:

    • The User Type determines what options are available for the user to purchase on the User Portal.

  6. Submit and review registration:

    • Click Submit Registration Information for Processing.

    • The Confirm Registration Information screen will appear.

    • Verify all information is correct.

    • If edits are needed, click Back.

    • When ready, click Information Correct.

  7. Complete registration:

    • The Registration Complete screen will display.

    • You can now add a vehicle or purchase a permit for the user.
