Reports Overview
The OPS-COM Reporting module provides administrators with a centralized location to access, generate, and analyze data across various operational areas. These reports are designed to assist administrators in tracking sales, monitoring parking activity, auditing violations, managing incidents, and overseeing financial transactions.
Accessing Reports
To access the available reports, navigate to the main administrative dashboard. From the main menu, select the Reports module. Depending on your configuration, you will see various categories, including Parking, Violations, Incidents, and Payments.

The following tables outline the reports available within the OPS-COM system and their primary functions.

The Weekly Stat Report is a listing of the number of Incidents listed by category and sub category filtered by date. |

Daily Payments |
The Daily Payments report showsDisplays all of the submitted or processed payments inwithin a certainspecific time frame. It can be reduced to only show certain payment types during that time frame. |

TheTracks Unprocessed Payment report will show all "promises to paypay" that have been submitted but not yet marked as payments you have received. This report can be exported to Excel. |

Failed Payments |
This report will show any automatic credit card payments that have failed at a certain point in time. If the payment is redone and successful after appearing in this report once it will still show up as a failed payment from during the original time frame unless it is cleared.

Billing Account Setup Report |
This report shows a list ofLists users who do not have theirmissing subscription settings set,or meaningcompanies they will not be able to pay for automatic payments, such as rollovers. It also lists any company that is not setup withwithout a billing account. |

Click the More... button within the Payment Reports section to access additional preset reports, including detailed lists for Cheque Refunds, Unprocessed Adjustments, and Daily Processed/Submitted payment logs.
Best Practices

Exporting Data: Many reports, such as the Unprocessed Payments report, offer functionality to export data to Excel. Use this for offline analysis or to maintain external audit logs.

Data Integrity: The Midnight List is an automated utility. Ensure that users provide valid payment methods during the permit reservation process to avoid automatic release of their permits.

Filtering: When using reports with large data sets (such as Violations by Officer Report), utilize the available date and type filters to minimize load times and focus on specific data sets.
